Review on Stylish GDY Electric Fireplace Stove: 750W/1500W Indoor Heater by Jathan Louis

I have a 20 inch half round chimney. What I didn't realize from reading the reviews was that this was the biggest of the four options and the features mentioned didn't really apply to the device I bought. Unfortunately, it doesn't come with a remote control and doesn't have the option to turn off the fan and just turn on the light. Any time you lower the temperature to a level where there is no heat at all, the entire device shuts down. I'm sending mine back because there's no point in just using it as a real heater. I also bought it for aesthetic reasons and wanted to use it as a fireplace in my room all year round. I can't do that in the summer in Las Vegas because it also heats up my room. It's a shame because I love the look of this and it fits perfectly in the space I bought it for. Also, I didn't have the manual in the box. I know this is a trifle, but it would be useful to find out if the device can work without the heating part.
