I use this product for packaging. I ordered for the first time a few months ago and was very happy with the paper, it was matte, bleached, thicker than usual, perfect for filling space in my box when shipping my pottery! Ideal wrapping paper. However, this time I got a rather gray, shiny, smooth, very thin paper. Not good for shipping at all. If there was a way to guarantee me a denser matte shade I would order it every time. Now I'm looking at other providers.
