Some numbers are not displayed

Number 2 is the hardest for me, I've tried everything. I froze, added a steric, warmed the wax up a bit once it had set and still had no luck so here's the thing. Mine came in the color specified. I would recommend it to a friend but I would buy a different form for this particular fear.
