I ordered 35% because I'm a dental assistant and just found out how strong it could actually be? Your dentist who fits and fits well. This gel is similar to battery acid when applied to the gums. I was a little lazy wiping the extra gum gel between my two front teeth and my gums feel like several layers of skin have been peeled off and sacrificed to the tooth fairy! It will absolutely whiten your teeth. . . as well as your gums, so be careful when applying. Happy bleaching!
