DisplayLink driver from their website and install it - it won't take long. Security and privacy settings you have to allow the software to access the screen recording - but then it works on all displays. The plug-in dock looks high quality and all connections work. The only downside is that you can't charge this dock, but that's not a big deal - you can use the 2nd Thunderbolt port to charge your laptop. I used almost all ports and the ethernet port is real - 950mbps download no problems with 1 gig service. I wish for a docking station with this price that also charges. But unfortunately you have to pay another 100 dollars for it. In any case, good job. Connected. Well done.
