Total disappointment

Packed a bag of ice cream and drinks at 8am. Checked in at the beach at 8:45am. We open the bag at 9:30 and most of the ice has already melted. There are only a few half-melted cubes left! We thought we did something wrong. The next day we put a frozen ice pack on the ground and covered it with ice and drinks. This time there were a few half-melted cubes left over from the day before. We kept using the package and just treated it like a normal package. On the 5th day, lightning broke in! Cannot recommend this product.
