Review on 📎 Silver Rapesco Adjustable 6 Hole Paper Punches (Model 1344) by Hannah Curi

I bought this to punch half sheets of plain letter size paper for use in my A5 6 hole planner from Carpe Diem. While I wish the retractable guide had a line setting for this, the notch in the A5 guide isn't quite ideal for half-letter (4.5 x 8.5 inch) paper. However, to make it work, I messed up the placement of the instructions a bit. to get it where I could punch the paper one side at a time as indicated to find the correct position where I need it. For me, the crop line on the A5 was very tight, but I just had to push the guide out a little more. I used a thin marker to mark my highlight on the guide and it worked great. I suggest puncturing the unwanted papers a few times to make sure everything is done right and because the first few pokes left some oil/grease on my papers. It was unnecessary paper, however, and after the first few hits I had no marks left on my papers. Adjusting the stamps was simple and easy, the stamp is good, compact, heavy. The valve holding the back of the stamp is strong and solid. While I find it absurd that all colors except white are more expensive, I chose white because of the lower price. I can't wait to make more of my own prints and use this die cutter to make my bujo exactly how I want it. If you're happy to make your own pages and just want to print on plain paper and use half the sheets, this works great if you fiddle around a bit to get the guide placement right. I am very happy with it.
