Review on 💥 MSI Gaming GeForce GTX 1650 Super Gaming X - Dual Fan OC Graphics Card with 4GB GDRR6 VR Ready & DirectX 12 Support by Keith Leach

I am building a dual system/single chassis setup and wanted a 1650 Super for my Itx streaming/encoding system as it is the cheapest card with the new NVENC encoder. I originally bought a Windforce card from a competitor and it has an issue with fans spinning at 100% when powered via PCI with the PC off. This is just a problem with the Phanteks Revolt X PSU (read this review if you are interested in serious problems), I switched to this GPU and it completely solved the problem. The fans don't spin until I turn on the system and it's under load.
