Simpler design than my old staplers, doesn't affect performance and seems to make the stapler less prone to jamming. It has an initial load factor that requires a lot more hand strength than my other staplers. The end result is greater penetration of the staples. However, I would not recommend Bostitch braces as their blunt ends are not as effective as other brands of pointed end braces.
