Since the beginning of the pandemic, I've been outfitting my office with things that allow me to work from home more comfortably. This address addressed a major pain point for me. I have two separate computers that I need to work on at the same time. one is my personal workspace and the other is my work computer. I use custom mouse and keyboard sharing software between these two computers and needed a way to share the same headset between the two computers. This product solved that problem for me. One thing I noticed in the reviews was that people pointed out that this will significantly reduce the volume of your playback. That's right! You need to turn up the volume when using this splitter. I'm not sure what's causing this, but turning off either computer fixes it and my volume goes back to normal.
