Size is bad if you have anything other than a small booty.

I ordered a cut for the waist, but I always have problems with the buttocks. You really can't get any taller or it will hang around your waist. Also, is there some weird underwear underneath? It's very tight and uncomfortable on me, but maybe this skirt is just for smaller women. That's nice, I just wish I knew what I got before.
