It's better to get something better than what you want to surf.
It's cute but don't buy it if you want A to keep warm or B surf. It has a lining that makes it really wearable, so you're more protected in terms of coverage: the lining slips and slides on colored fabric though - they're not attached to each other. How strange to balance while paddling on a surfboard! It's kind of a shame, I could have tried to see it together myself, but heck, I shouldn't have!
