Loud and Handle is not expandable/adjustable.
Firstly I love that it was made for climbing stairs and the size is just right. I had the following issues with it: 1) (I'm 5ft 7in) I think the handle should slide out for easier maneuvering. Which unfortunately is not the case. 2) Works well on the stairs but very noisy. I was asked not to use it in my apartment building as it is so noisy. We do have a covered staircase but it is covered/open and unfortunately any loud noise here is acoustically amplified. Hits the target for me. Otherwise it works as it should. Just be aware that concrete stairs or anything other than carpet can cause echoes as it's very loud when you roll up or down the stairs.
