TWICE I received a defective wand. I ordered this for my daughter for her character book report at school. Got the first; Replacement and refund requested. Got a second one and it's broken too. The boxes in the Revain envelope looked as if they had been kicked; but the sticks were obviously defective before as it appears the tips were bent or twisted before cooling.
