Review on 🌊 Aquaglide Deschutes Inflatable Kayak: Experience Adventure on the Water by Kyle Ross

Light, strong, easy to pack

The best part is the weight. It's as light as it gets to pack a quality inflatable kayak and trek to more remote lakes. It also comes in great quality packaging. So if you are tired and don't fold it well, it still fits. The backpack also has multiple straps to tighten everything. It's very stable, very manoeuvrable, has little boost so I was able to push it in more places than my friend could with his Razor Lite. I'd say it's noticeably faster, but that's to be expected from a much narrower, sharp-edged, expensive inflatable. I can keep up with him, I just have to work harder. However, I was still able to go faster than the budget inflatable kayaks I've paddled. I take off and land on a rocky coast almost every time. It's made of a fairly durable material and I'm not worried about that. Some of that stiffness may be due to the fact that the floor isn't inflatable, so it's probably a bit more durable. I stood in it. It's fairly quick to inflate and prime, and quick to deflate and put away. Since it has no fabric, it dries fairly quickly and doesn't get moldy. Paddling upwind can be a little tricky and you'll get wet, but I personally haven't used any other inflatable kayaks, only rafts and what I've seen my friends do. It has a very low profile so I think it's easier for splashes to hit you from time to time. Overall I'd say it's great and a lot of fun. I highly recommend. I'm 6ft tall and have a 250cm paddle for it. The paddle is not included.
