2 stars. Because. I replaced a pair of these that I received as a gift over 10 years ago. They've lasted so long with strong everyday wear. The new products don't even come close to the quality with which they were manufactured in the past. It's a shame because the style and comfort are second to none, but while you can expect them to last a year or two, they're just not what they used to be. We will find another brand for our next purchase.
