Disappointing Design & Quality

After trying this backpack i was extremely disappointed with the overall design and quality. While it claims to be resistant, the material felt cheap and flimsy. The straps provided no support and were uncomfortable to wear for extended periods. The only positive aspect of this product was the size, which was perfect for my laptop and a few essentials..
