Very happy with this brush My daughter's hair is thick-4C. First I had to dry and detangle her hair as this is not a hair dryer. But look how nice it looks! I pinned the ends to give them a curl. It's not as flat as an iron, but it allowed me to get close to her head without burning her. And the abundance is wonderful. This shortens the ironing time by twice! I use it for a week to refresh my look in less than 10 minutes. Great purchase, fast shipping, would recommend for touch ups, teens doing their hair and parents of little girls.
