Although it is very thin it still managed enough clearance that when I closed my Mac screen it broke right where the cover was attached. One morning I suddenly got a black screen and after picking up my mac I was told it was a cover and it's been seen a lot. If it's not flush, this can happen with the lid closed. I also put one on my phone but since I use a screen protector it didn't stay. Part of the coating was on the protective film, the other on the phone screen, and different layers did not allow to last more than a couple of hours. A complete waste of money, which isn't a big deal because it's so cheap, but a new laptop screen cost me weeks without my laptop and $105. if it were
