The headphones appear to be linked to the phone after the first pairing process, but the computer cannot detect their presence via the Bluetooth adaptor. They need to be "reset," in a sense, so that everyone can see them again. To begin, please: 1. When the blue light begins blinking, continue to hold the button down. Following a couple of seconds of silence, a new sound is heard, and the indicator begins flashing red and blue, indicating that the headphones have been recognized. This appears to be a factory reset of the headphones. I had a similar experience once, and it seemed like the gadget that captured the headphones was also involved (there are only a cloud of phones and tablets at home). Nevertheless, a standard search yielded no results.
