Jacket keeps me warm. The only time I felt cold is when the wind is blowing hard. Used it while snow blowing and despite being covered in snow at the end it kept me warm. Added bonus, left the jacket on to melt the snow off of it faster.You can charge your phone off the battery, but you have to plug it into the battery itself into a usb-c port.I have not tried charging my phone while the jacket is on.Some nice to haves:The battery is big and heavy, but last a long time. I wish the jacket used a usb-c plug instead of its own cable. This way I cold use a smaller lighter battery when I am not going to be out as long.Since the jacket is using a custom cable, it would be nice to be able to turn on the jacket and the battery at the same time. Right now to turn the jacket on, I have to unzip it, open the battery pocket, turn on the battery, and then I can turn on the jacket. Not a huge deal since I usually turn it on before leaving the house, but it would be nice.
