My Switch fell off the coffee table and while it didn't hit the joystick, it kinda broke from the impact. I didn't want to pay Nintendo $100 for repairs so I came here to find a DIY kit. It has everything you need for self repair and the quality matches the price. I found a quick guide on YouTube, went to work and fixed it in 30 minutes and I've never worked with electronics before. Both joysticks were functional when you received the kit, and the screwdrivers that came with them are magnetic, so you don't lose tiny screws. Plastic tools aren't the best quality, but they do the job. Keep in mind that the left joystick is much easier to fix than the right one. If you need to fix the right one, watch the tutorial first as you will need to buy additional things to fix it!
