This is a good looking product and well made with one exception: the silver frame of the chair top is made from cheap material so when the chair hits the table it leaks stands by - the dent is fast and very noticeable. If only this frame was made from the same material as the bottom of the chair, that would be perfect. One of my chairs recently got a dent from unsuspecting houseguests - they felt awful, and of course I'm not happy now to see that ugly mark every day either. The elevator doesn't work that well either. The old adage applies here - you get what you pay for. I don't think you should expect too much from this kind of eye candy, but at this price point.
