when i received this. Excellent. Less than 2 months, not so dangerous. Slightly larger and thicker, but the design covers everything I've been looking for in those hard-to-reach places in the kitchen. However, when I unplugged a small device from the front yesterday, the cover came loose. Not only that, the device felt hot to the touch, almost red hot! So I immediately turned everything off. And only one device was online and in use, a tabletop fryer. Oddly enough, the surge protector's supposed voltage coverage is much larger than that of the device, so there's no reason it should get hot. I'm glad I accidentally caught it in time, the fire would have been worse! Basically great design, cheap materials that will let you down. Keep in mind
