Bought this a few weeks ago and have been using it ever since to keep my ears warm outside. It's very soft and warm, I like the material. The sound quality is excellent. The only thing is that the embroidery instructions are a bit unclear. I hold the button down until I hear "Power On" and then release it. But you have to actually hold it until you hear "paring" or it won't pair. At first I thought it was incompatible as I have an old phone and then when I went back to the Amazon site I realized I had to keep it longer. Everything else is perfect.
