I ordered these because they are thin as I have a 2018 Macbook Pro and regular webcam covers are too thick which doesn't protect the laptop can be closed completely. When they arrived they were great! They fit perfectly, hold up well and are very thin. However. I'm in online meetings every day and have to turn my camera on and off all day. and those lids just don't slide very well. The glue also moves. and once it hits the sliding part, it becomes very difficult to slide. You then have to use a much stiffer hand to move the slider. Which I don't think is good for the screen. The slider has also popped up on many occasions, but it comes back very easily. I just don't like that it sticks out. All in all, this is perfect if you don't plan on opening and closing it frequently. But if you do, I'd try something else that glides a lot easier.
