This is the cheapest and best I could find for this type of item. Works very well! I took a warm bath/body temperature for 20 minutes. It shrinks a lot when wet but I managed to pull it back a bit. I tried not to use it inside out because I noticed a difference. The dead skin has disappeared from the areas I had so much trouble with! I have keratosis pelaris and I saw a difference immediately after one use. I can feel the difference and my skin is much softer! I was careful not to use this with soap. But once I was done scrubbing, I washed off with a washcloth and body soap and then lotion.
