I have a new 2019 dt ram 1500 body and I confirm that these headlights will fit your third stop lamp replacement. There are no bugs on the neat one, it burns bright. It comes with two LED bulbs, you only need one so you have a spare bulb when you need one. Blinking is a good feature, after blinking 4 times in less than 2 seconds, it stays steady and then stays on. I can't say yet how long they will last, but for now everything is working fine.
