There are pluses and minuses, think before you buy.
Three years ago, I purchased two 128 GB cards, one for a video recorder and the other for a phone. After six months, she was instructed to stay in the DVR for an extended period of time; during that time, she worked primarily by phone for a full calendar year, after which she was no longer detectable. Even after being cleaned, formatted, and transferred to a new phone, it failed again quickly. Again and again over the next year and a half, she was predicted to die. We were able to get information out of her using dance and a tambourine till her death.
