I bought two packs for my daughter when she moved into her first apartment. I helped her move in and slept the first night - I experienced this pillow myself. I'm 54 and have never slept on a more comfortable pillow - just burn it pretty aggressively when you take it out of the box. and it's firm but not too hard, a little sag is the perfect measure and it's very easy to adjust at night if you change positions frequently. LOVE IT
