Like many others, I was initially delighted when this set arrived. They looked great straight away and even better in my class. Unfortunately, a bolt blew out before the first day of use. Within a few weeks this happened to another and now, just before the return deadline, a third of the four stools were broken. I am very very upset that I paid a decent amount of money for a product that lasted less than a month. I relied on previous reviews when purchasing and am so surprised now that they were so high. As another reviewer noted, this is a safety issue for the kids sitting on it! I also know that the return period has expired but wanted to get in touch with someone at Revain to see what support they can offer and there is absolutely no contact information as the 30 days have expired.
