Wow I must have been pissed off by the reviews but I don't understand how this camera can be considered 4k or even HD quality. My 4K VCR on my Boost mobile device literally records at a much higher quality. It was not at all what I expected for the money spent and I was very disappointed with my purchase. Since I'm vlogging it's supposed to be 4k and the ratings were solid, I turned my attention to the camera (threw it out of the box) and realized too late that there was nothing I could do in the settings to fix it. So I'm stuck with that. Here I have problems with the quality (someone said something similar in a recent review), it's just BAD. It's grainy and blurry. Nothing spicy. Like it's fuzzy. Even in good lighting, nothing looks sharp. The webcam is also poor, poor quality and buggy. and I basically bought it for the webcam. I played around with the settings, nothing came up. Also, an important setting is the white balance, which you really can't control. This gives you 4 presets to choose from, which are still automatic and have a wide range. I have a GoPro 7 and know it's not a GoPro, but I paid $250 for my GoPro. completely new. It's 4k plus stabilizer-like stability (which is one of the most important and higher-quality features). But it also has more customizable options, many other shooting modes. Features, WIFI connectivity, live streaming to your YouTube or Instagram accounts, a touchscreen (which this camera doesn't have), and even GoPro water resistance up to 33ft without an extra bag! Plus other things. So for an additional $130, you get it all. That's a lot more features for a little more money. But if you take away all these features from the GoPro and only compare the 4k quality, the GoPro 4k recording quality is in another dimension compared to this camera! And it shouldn't be. This camera shouldn't have cost me that much or I should have gotten a camera that actually shoots in 4K.
