Bought these masks for use during the pandemic and have used very little. They're well made and durable, and with eight (8) $24 masks, this is the real deal. They are a two layer mask and have a sewn in pocket for installing 2.5 micron filters which are included in the kit. They are ideal for those who wear glasses or hearing aids, as the double straps do not run behind the ears, but behind the neck and at the back of the head or part of the head. It's actually a single strap that runs across the side of the mask and has a sliding rubber adjuster that allows you to tighten or loosen the entire strap at once. This is a really good design that allows you to customize the mask easily and effectively. and the rubber adjuster sits snugly in place to allow the mask to be adjusted. The masks are quite comfortable, but I bought silicone straps that we sewed into the masks with small stitches to make breathing even easier. I haven't washed any of the masks yet, but I'm sure they will hold up well, especially if you use cold or lukewarm water. These are great masks, especially for those who don't want loops behind their ears.
