Small, thin pads that look like toilet paper

This is terrible. They give you velcro to put on yourself, not like the pictures, it's already sewn to the lining, not to mention how thin and tiny they are, only a child can wear them! Do it, but unless you weigh 30 pounds.

Pros

Extremely flexible. You wouldn't even realize you're wearing fabric shoulder pads. Ideal for everyday use.
