Good but not for calling

I like this kind of headphones (they don't fit all the way in and don't hurt my ears after 2 hours like the others). The product looks good and charges quickly. Sound quality for music and movies on my phone and Surface is good. But it doesn't work for calls (I hear them but they don't hear me). This is my second pair (the first had the same issues so I returned them). The support team responded quickly.
