Advantages: * Lightweight * Durable plastic and non-slip textured surface for your laptop * Mouse tray that slides left or right * There are textured stripes on the bottom. Cushion to keep it from slipping off your knees Flat bottom keeps your feet cooler when it's hot (big plus in California) * Flat top keeps your laptop's cooling vents from closing and frying your motherboard * Last but not least, this pillow easily fits my laptop and accessories in my backpack or book bag depending on my mood. Dislikes: *The only real dislike I have is that there is no lock on the mouse tray to keep it closed or open so the mouse tray can be folded on the go ) December 30th , Update 2019: I've been using this laptop since over two years and have found that I LOVE him more every day. It's only grown a dollar since my original purchase, and I've found so many other uses for this laptop. None of the non-slip materials or plastics have deteriorated like other plastic items I have purchased. My Dell XPS 13 fits this laptop perfectly, allowing me to sit on the couch at my computer for hours without the back pain that comes with using a chair or table to support my laptop. Okay, here are just a few new uses: Flip it upside down on your lap for a smooth desktop surface on the go. If you need a food tray this is great. (Being plastic it protects your knees and if you spill it you can flush your laptop) Why an updated review? I regret not buying it sooner as it is a great travel accessory.
