We love that it's easy to fold and clean and also love that it has 2 sides so you have 2 mats or you can use one side until it is overused, and then switch to another, like new. My only concern is that the material is soft and tough, my daughter sometimes licks the mat and she's going to have a tooth come out soon, so I'm worried she'll be able to chew and swallow a piece. Another downside I found is that the material is very non-slip, almost so sticky that her skin sticks to the mat and she cries when she's on her stomach trying to move. This might work for kids who aren't yet trying to learn to crawl, but then what's the point right? Still cute, but at this price I probably won't buy it again
