Very sturdy! - my new review
I got tired of trying to balance my books artistically on the shelf and just hoping they wouldn't fall - or shoving a fake plant up against them. These bookends make my stacks look so neat and organized and polished: the difference between a grown-up shelf and childish makeshift decor. They look sturdier than many of their flimsy competitors. I only have normal-sized paperbacks and hardcovers on display right now, but I believe these would hold larger books too if not too heavy.
- These are very adequate bookends at a very reasonable price. They do the job
