I like how you can add your own content to it so that users don't have to rely on one vendor's platform. It has been very helpful at helping us manage our website traffic much better than we were able to do before. The interface isn't intuitive on mobile devices which makes it difficult to use sometimes. Also, the service does not include any analytics or tools to help with this process as well. If you are looking for more traditional web monitoring then there may be other options available for free online but if you're looking for something integrated into an existing system then give them a try. We've seen some significant improvements from using their service. Our site performance has improved significantly since adding their solution.
