My daughter is 8 years old and wears a size 1 so I bought her this pair which is listed as a size 1.5. I was pleasantly surprised that they are good for the 1 to 1.5 range, so that made me happy. I love color! My daughter's favorite color (and mine too!) is purple so they were an instant hit! These are slip-on shoes with decorative laces and velcro to close. A very good quality. They look soft in all the right places to ensure adequate support. The shoes fit well and are so beautiful. Happy daughter and happy mother! :)
