Good if you don't use Otter Box

Virtually not compatible with my Note10 Otter Box. I have to push the charger into the port fairly firmly to connect. If the phone moves at all the charging cable will lose connection and I usually don't know until I unplug the phone to use it. It worked fine when I removed the phone case. However, I will not take the case off every time I need to charge my phone.
