Just received yesterday. At first glance, the (tiny) instructions for use seemed pointless. Lots of broken English. If you follow each guide step by step, it will turn out to be an easy setup. This particular device has preset words that you can choose from to assign to each button. So far I haven't seen a way to change the words. I was hoping to assign each button to a specific room. Word options available: Order, Call, Pay, Cancel, Service, Water, Coffee, Juice, Positive, Negative, Medicine, SOS, Needle, Doctor, Sweep, Bill. I just configured all 5 buttons to show 'Call' as that would be used in a smaller one story house. I'll send an inquiry to the seller to see if there's a way to change the words, but for now I think "calling" would work for a smaller house.
