I bought this model because of the rubberized grip. I used to have one that was all metal and besides the fact that it kept slipping off my fingers, after a while it also became very uncomfortable in the hand due to the hardness of the handle itself. This one is really soft and comfortable and you can be sure it won't slip on your fingers. I also liked it because it looks like the grip on RED cameras.
