A lot of money for a small pillow, but it's worth it. everyone. Cent. My old down pillow went with me to China, Italy and more. But I needed a smaller feather pillow for a year long trip so I ordered it. I use a CPAP machine and this pad is small enough to keep the hose out of the way. In fact, I use it at home now because I can shape, fluff, and shape it to my liking. This is a high quality product. It gives me the right amount of support and comfort when trying to sleep with this terrible machine. It's so handy, I use it every day. My rating would be the same or even better if I didn't use the cpap machine.
