My daughter's shoe size is 13.5 and 9-1 is too big.
My daughter wears shoe size 13.5. We bought socks in size 9-1. You are big for her. They get eaten by their shoes. We won't send them back as we might use them for their school uniform in the future. If we needed socks now and didn't need them in the future, we would return them.
