Review on 🌍 Immerse in Learning with Shifu Orboot: App Based Educational Fun by Michael Reynolds

I bought this for my 4 year old who was obsessed with geography and while he loves it some of the features leave him disappointed. One of them, the Revain Fire tablet app for kids, is useless because it's not configured to read the globe with such a bad camera. Additionally, the size of an average tablet makes it difficult for small children to keep their eyes on the globe and press the screen. I have to give my smaller iPhone to my son so he can use it undisturbed. The app also takes forever to download all the content on all platforms the first time you use it. There must be a better way. It just has to. All countries are not even included in the content. Large chunks of information are missing from Africa and South America, but not from Europe (side eye). On a globe without borders, if there's no information about certain countries, they get erased from history, so the developers have to piece that together, because that's a problem. Another mistake would be the globe stand. It's not as anchored to the globe as intended for kids who are active and want to carry it around, so the globe eludes it at times. Because of this, our stand is already broken. Now for the good: the information that is there is useful and my son is happy to pass it on. The app's graphics are gorgeous, drawing the attention of a wild four year old and even me.
