I try to eat healthy and eat different salads for lunch every day. With them I can wash and dry spinach and romaine, mix and store in the fridge. I pack my "add-ons" (dressing, fruit, black beans/corn/peppers, etc.) separately and combine them at lunchtime. I wash/cut/dry mostly on Sundays and have a crunchy salad for two weeks! I've kept it there longer, but I'd say two weeks is the average time your leafy greens stay crisp. I even bought two of them. One for my salad mix and one for kale to add to my morning smoothies. I take a dry erase pen and label the lids so I know what's inside each (they fog up and you can't always tell). Dry erase ink washes out easily every time. I don't know the exact science of how it works, but I can tell you it WORKS!
