Cannot be worn on arrival
I don't know what went wrong with the chemicals they treated this hat with but the smell is awful. It is from a bag, it arrived within 3 days and the smell is strong and terrible, like cow dung and paint remover.It is a gift for my nephew and I am a little embarrassed to give it.
