I wanted something that would help me with my punching bag workout. It really seems to help, although I've only used it a couple of times so far. But it's really delicious. So much so that I had a hard time stopping drinking. Here's how I did it: I added the powder to 18 ounces of water using 2 scoops. I shook for 30 seconds. I then put it in the fridge and ran errands for about 2 hours before starting my workout. I shook it again for 20 seconds and the taste and texture was perfect. It's actually something you can drink with meals or whenever you're not exercising, but that would be wasteful and probably stupid. If you prefer room temperature water during your workout, which is understandable as I usually do, it still tastes good. The time spent in the water before drinking had more to do with the outcome than the temperature - I would recommend preparing it at least 20 minutes before drinking.
