UPDATE: The rubber part of the case keeps coming loose and the case is hell to put on and take off. I snapped off the post to take it down after a few months of wearing. It completely shattered my daughter's protective glass on her iPad and thank goodness it was there, otherwise it would have been her screen! Also, I have previously complained that there was a lot of dirt in the Otter case. This case made the iPad dirty when I took it off. I no longer recommend this product and it is NOT SAFE FOR YOUR IPAD. My daughter is no taller than 3-4 feet and when she fell it was only from that height and the case broke the screen protector so keep that in mind. I'm throwing this thing away now. Honestly, this is a very cute, colorful, but sturdy case. I really recommend this instead of Otterbox protection for this device. The Otterbox's shell never stayed in place, and there was so much debris inside it was just gross. This case is so secure that I also bought a screen protector separately. My daughter is so lucky to have such a cute iPad and I don't have to worry about her breaking it if she drops it! Super happy! So glad I found this item. Such a gem!
